1. What Information Do We Collect?
Personal information you disclose to us. We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise contact us. The personal information we collect may include:

- usernames
- passwords
- contact preferences
- contact or authentication data
Sensitive Information. We do not process sensitive information.
Social Media Login Data.We may provide you with the option to register using your existing social media account details. If you choose to register this way, we will collect certain profile information as described in “How Do We Handle Your Social Logins?” below.
Application Data. If you use our application(s), we may also collect the following if you grant access or permission: geolocation information (which you can control in your device settings) and push notifications (which you can turn off in your device settings).
Information automatically collected.Some information — such as your IP address and/or browser and device characteristics — is collected automatically when you visit our Services. This does not reveal your specific identity but may include device and usage information such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, and information about how and when you use our Services. This includes Log and Usage Data, Device Data, and Location Data (which can be precise or imprecise; you can opt out by disabling location access on your device).
2. How Do We Process Your Information?

In some exceptional cases we may be legally permitted to process your information without your consent, such as for fraud detection and prevention, business transactions, or where required to comply with a subpoena, warrant, or court order.
4. When and With Whom Do We Share Your Personal Information?
In Short: We may share information in specific situations and with the following categories of third parties.
Vendors, Consultants, and Other Third-Party Service Providers. We may share your data with third parties who perform services for us and require access to do that work. We have contracts in place designed to safeguard your personal information. The categories of third parties we may share personal information with include:

- Cloud Computing Services
- Data Analytics Services
- Website Hosting Service Providers
We also may need to share your personal information in the following situations:

5. What Is Our Stance on Third-Party Websites?
In Short: We are not responsible for the safety of any information you share with third parties that we may link to or who advertise on our Services but are not affiliated with us. We do not make any guarantee regarding such third parties and will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by their use. Any data collected by third parties is not covered by this Privacy Notice. 6. Do We Use Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies?
In Short: We may use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect and store your information. Some help us maintain the security of our Services and your account, prevent crashes, fix bugs, save your preferences, and assist with basic site functions.
We also permit third parties and service providers to use online tracking technologies for analytics and advertising, including to help manage and display advertisements or to tailor advertisements to your interests. To the extent these are deemed a “sale”/“sharing” (which includes targeted advertising) under applicable US state laws, you can opt out as described in “Do United States Residents Have Specific Privacy Rights?” below.
Google Analytics. We may share your information with Google Analytics to track and analyze use of the Services. To opt out of being tracked by Google Analytics across the Services, visit tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
7. Do We Offer Artificial Intelligence-Based Products?
In Short:We offer products, features, or tools powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning, or similar technologies (collectively, “AI Products”).
We provide the AI Products through third-party service providers (“AI Service Providers”), including OpenAI. Your input, output, and personal information will be shared with and processed by these AI Service Providers to enable your use of our AI Products. You must not use the AI Products in any way that violates the terms or policies of any AI Service Provider. Our AI Products are designed for AI insights, and all personal information processed using them is handled in line with this Privacy Notice and our agreements with third parties.
8. How Do We Handle Your Social Logins?
In Short: If you choose to register or log in to our Services using a social media account, we may have access to certain information about you. The profile information we receive may include your name, email address, friends list, and profile picture, as well as other information you choose to make public. We use this information only for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice. We do not control, and are not responsible for, other uses of your personal information by your third-party social media provider.
9. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?
In Short:We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice unless otherwise required by law. No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than twelve (12) months past the termination of the user's account. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if that is not possible (for example, because it is stored in backup archives), securely store and isolate it until deletion is possible.
10. How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?
In Short: We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures. However, despite our safeguards, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.
11. Do We Collect Information From Minors?
In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age or the equivalent age as specified by law in your jurisdiction, nor do we knowingly sell such personal information. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or the equivalent age as specified by law in your jurisdiction, or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor. If we learn that personal information from users under 18 has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data. 12. What Are Your Privacy Rights?
In Short: Depending on your state of residence in the US or in some regions (such as the EEA, UK, Switzerland, and Canada), you have rights that allow you greater access to and control over your personal information. In some regions these may include the right to request access to and a copy of your personal information, request rectification or erasure, restrict processing, data portability, and not to be subject to solely automated decision-making. You can make such a request using the contact details in Section 16.
Withdrawing your consent. If we are relying on your consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time by contacting us or updating your preferences. This will not affect the lawfulness of processing before its withdrawal.
Opting out of marketing. You can unsubscribe from our marketing and promotional communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us. We may still communicate with you for service-related, non-marketing purposes.
Account Information. To review or change your account information or terminate your account, log in to your account settings, use the Privacy Rights page, or request deletion from the Account Deletion page. Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases, though we may retain some information to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist investigations, enforce our legal terms, and/or comply with applicable legal requirements. 13. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser DNT signals; because there currently is not an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.
14. Do United States Residents Have Specific Privacy Rights?
In Short: If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia, you may have the right to request access to and details about the personal information we maintain about you, correct inaccuracies, get a copy of, or delete your personal information, and to withdraw your consent. These rights may be limited in some circumstances by applicable law.
Categories of personal information we collect. In the past twelve (12) months we have collected the following categories: identifiers (YES); protected classification characteristics such as age, date of birth, race and ethnicity (YES); internet or other similar network activity (YES); and geolocation data (YES). We have not collected California Customer Records personal information, commercial information, biometric information, audio/electronic/sensory information, professional or employment-related information, education information, inferences, or sensitive personal information.
Your rights. These include the right to know whether we are processing your personal data, to access it, to correct inaccuracies, to request deletion, to obtain a copy, to non-discrimination for exercising your rights, and to opt out of processing for targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or certain profiling. We have not sold or shared personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding twelve (12) months.

You can also designate an authorized agent. If we decline to take action, you may appeal by emailing support@zebraherd.com.
15. Do We Make Updates to This Notice?
In Short: Yes, we will update this notice as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws. The updated version will be indicated by an updated date at the top of this Privacy Notice.
